Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

At Atelier BDSM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for orders shipped within the United States.

1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or an exchange. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PRODUCT CONDITION

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn and unwashed.
Packaging: it must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Proof of purchase: you must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

3. HYGIENE-SENSITIVE ITEMS

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items can only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened, in their original sealed packaging: dildos, butt plugs, anal hooks, strap-ons, chastity cages, gags, sex machines and their attachments, and any item that comes into direct contact with intimate areas, including lingerie, panties and bodysuits.

Once the seal or hygiene protection has been opened, these items cannot be returned, unless they are defective, damaged or not the item you ordered (see section 6).

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Restocking fees: we charge $0 restocking fees.
Defective, damaged or wrong items: if the return is due to our error, Atelier BDSM covers the cost of return shipping and provides a prepaid shipping label.
Change of mind: if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or color, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. HOW TO START A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE

Email contact@atelierbdsm.com with your order number, the item(s) concerned and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
We send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package, including a prepaid label when the return is due to our error.
Items sent back without a Return Authorization cannot be accepted.

Return address: 47 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (unless another address is given in your Return Authorization).

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered, contact us at contact@atelierbdsm.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you, including for hygiene-sensitive items.

7. EXCHANGES

Exchanges for another size, color or model of the same item are available within the return window, subject to availability and to the eligibility conditions above. If the requested item is unavailable, we issue a refund instead.

8. REFUNDS

We notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected.

Approval: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Timeline: refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
Bank delays: your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
