SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Atelier BDSM. This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes and how much it costs.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship to other countries.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day.
Handling time (order processing): 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time: 6 – 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: 7 – 12 business days.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States.

Shipping fee: $0.00
Minimum purchase: none

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, we send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) within 24 hours. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 – 48 hours. Items from the same order may ship in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES & DAMAGED GOODS

If your parcel has not arrived within 12 business days, if tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, or if an item arrives damaged, contact us at contact@atelierbdsm.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
