TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on atelierbdsm.com (the "Store"), operated under the name Atelier BDSM by VCOMMERCE, 47 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (SIREN 982525065). By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale, together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. ADULTS ONLY

The Store sells products intended exclusively for consenting adults. You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age to purchase adult products where you live. We may cancel any order if we have reason to believe this condition is not met.

2. PRODUCTS

We describe our products as accurately as possible, including their materials, dimensions and available options. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are intended for adult use in accordance with the instructions supplied with them and the safety information shown on each product page.

3. PRICES

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping within the United States is free. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one displayed when you place your order.

4. ORDERS

Your order is confirmed by email once payment has been authorized. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or an order that appears to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout, using the payment methods displayed there. Payment card details are encrypted and are never stored by Atelier BDSM.

6. SHIPPING

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days and delivered within an estimated 7 – 12 business days in total. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

You may request a return or an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions of our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, including specific conditions for hygiene-sensitive items.

8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives defective, damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@atelierbdsm.com. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including return shipping costs. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier BDSM is not liable for any damage resulting from use of a product that does not follow its instructions, the safety information on the product page, or the principles of safe and consensual adult use. Our total liability relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.
